Directions:
1 Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3 Beat Butter & Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
4 Combine: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until the batter is smooth and well combined.
5 Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake is set. Let cool slightly.
6 Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
7 Roll It Up: Once the cake has cooled, invert it onto a cocoa-dusted kitchen towel. Carefully peel off the parchment paper, spread the filling evenly over the cake, and roll tightly from one end.
