Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle
A rich and indulgent dessert with layers of Baileys-infused cheesecake, chocolate whipped cream, and crushed Oreos, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt 蓼
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled 拏
2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar
20 Oreo cookies
Instructions:
1 Make the Cheesecake Mixture:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and sea salt until combined. Add 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream and continue beating until smooth and fluffy.
2 Prepare the Chocolate Whipped Cream:
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until it doubles in volume and starts to thicken. Add 2 tablespoons Baileys, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Continue beating until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
3 Crush the Oreos:
Place the Oreo cookies in a gallon-size plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are in small crumbles.
4 Assemble the Trifles:
Transfer the cheesecake mixture to one piping bag and the whipped cream mixture to another piping bag. In four lowball glasses, begin layering with cookie crumbs, followed by the cheesecake mixture, and then the chocolate whipped cream.
5 Repeat Layers:
Add another layer of cookie crumbs and cheesecake mixture in each glass.
6 Decorate the Top:
Attach an open star piping tip like Tip #1M to the whipped cream piping bag. Pipe a decorative swirl on the top of each trifle. Sprinkle with any remaining cookie crumbles.
7 Serve and Enjoy:
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy. This decadent trifle is best served chilled!
