3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls
These Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are a deliciously simple and irresistible treat, combining the rich flavor of peanut butter with the crunch of Oreo cookies, all coated in smooth melted chocolate. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!
Ingredients:
1 package 15.25 oz Oreo cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter 樂
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
1 Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed into crumbs. Alternatively, crush the Oreos in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin.
2 Mix with peanut butter: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the peanut butter. Stir until well mixed into a dough-like consistency.
3 Shape the balls: Roll the Oreo-peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4 Dip in chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring in between. Once smooth, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
5 Chill: Refrigerate the cookie balls for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Alternatively, place them in the freezer for quicker results.
6 Serve: Once the chocolate is firm, enjoy your Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
