Easy Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake 樂
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter 杻
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 樂
24 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs 讀
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream 拏
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped peanuts 樂
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 325F 165C and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2 Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3 In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until the mixture becomes fluffy.
4 Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
5 Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
6 Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7 Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced bananas, caramel sauce, chopped peanuts, and almonds.
