Ingredients:
– 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350F 175C and lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt using a whisk.
3. In a larger bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture, making sure to beat well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and finish with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combineddont overdo it!
6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
7. Evenly divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
9. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack before decorating.
10. Drizzle your melted white chocolate and dark chocolate over the cooled cupcakes for that extra touch of sweetness.
11. Finish off with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings on top for some delightful garnish!
