Would you Eat No-Bake Strawberry Jell-O Lasagna?
Ingredients:
– 1 package of strawberry Jell-O
– 1 cup boiling water
– 2 cups whipped topping
– 1 package of cream cheese
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup cold water
– Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O and boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
3. Pour half of the Jell-O mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping gently.
5. Once the Jell-O layer has set, spread the cream cheese mixture over the Jell-O.
6. Add the remaining half of the Jell-O mixture on top, and return to the refrigerator for another 2 hours to set.
7. Once set, spread the remaining whipped topping over the top and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
