Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the base:
200g chocolate cookies, crushed
50g melted butter 杻
For the filling:
250g cream cheese 燎
200g white chocolate, melted
200g milk chocolate, melted
200g dark chocolate, melted
300ml heavy cream, whipped 拏
For the topping:
Chopped chocolate bars
Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Prepare the base: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. Make the layers:
Divide the cream cheese into three equal portions.
Mix each portion with one type of melted chocolate white, milk, and dark.
Gently fold in whipped cream into each mixture.
3. Layer the cheesecake: Spread the dark chocolate layer first, followed by milk chocolate, and finish with white chocolate. Smooth each layer before adding the next.
4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
5. Decorate: Top with chopped chocolate bars and shavings for a stunning presentation.
