Lemon Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk 拏

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

4. Cook Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
