Chocolate Ganache Tartlets
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter 杻
2 tbsp sugar
For the ganache filling:
200g dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter optional for extra shine
For the topping:
Whipped cream or frosting
Chocolate shavings or curls
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust:
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
Press the mixture into tartlet molds or muffin tins to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Make the ganache:
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy.
3. Assemble the tartlets:
Pour the ganache into the prepared crusts and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
4. Decorate and serve:
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings for a decadent finish.
