1.5 kg beef roast brisket or chuck

2 cups beef broth

1 onion, sliced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the cheesy corn:

1 1/2 cups corn kernels canned or fresh

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the mashed potatoes:

6 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

Steps:

1 Cook the beef:

Season the beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. In a slow cooker, add sliced onion and garlic, then place the beef on top. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender. Shred or slice as desired.
