Ingredients:

BBQ Chicken Wings:

1 lb 450g chicken wings or drumettes

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Mac & Cheese:

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Sautéed Greens:

2 cups spinach or kale

1 small red bell pepper, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

A pinch of chili flakes

Salt to taste

Yellow Turmeric Rice:

1 cup basmati rice


1 tsp turmeric powder

2 cups chicken broth or water

1 tbsp butter

Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. BBQ Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 375F 190C.

Mix the chicken with BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bake on a lined tray for 2530 minutes or until sticky and caramelized.

2. Creamy Mac & Cheese

Cook the macaroni as per package instructions.

Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
