Ingredients:
1 box of large pasta shells
1 lb ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 jar marinara sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pasta Shells:
Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Meat Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking until fragrant.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. Combine the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and egg.
Add the cooked beef and mix until well combined.
4. Stuff the Shells:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Stuff each shell with the meat and cheese mixture, placing them in the baking dish.
5. Bake to Perfection:
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve and Garnish:
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your hearty stuffed shells!
