Buffalo Chicken Wings with Ranch Drizzle

Ingredients:

For the Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil 㮝

1 teaspoon garlic powder 龍

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 蓼

For the Buffalo Sauce:

1/2 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

For Garnish:

Ranch dressing 北

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Wings:

1. Preheat your oven to 400F 200C or preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C.

2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.


3. Toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper 蓼.

2 Cook the Wings:

For Oven: Arrange the wings on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

For Air Fryer: Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

3 Make the Buffalo Sauce:

1. In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

2. Heat over low heat, stirring until well combined.

4 Toss the Wings:

1. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them.

2. Toss to coat evenly.

5 Serve:

1. Arrange the buffalo wings on a plate.

2. Drizzle ranch dressing over the wings and garnish with fresh parsley .

3. Serve immediately with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.

Tips:

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
