Grilled Pineapple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper 蓼
1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝
For the Pineapple Glaze:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced 龍
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water optional, for thickening
For Garnish:
Fresh pineapple chunks
Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Glaze:
1. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. If desired, add cornstarch slurry to thicken the glaze.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened, then set aside.
2 Cook the Salmon:
1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil 㮝.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper 蓼.
3. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the pineapple glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
3 Garnish and Serve:
1. Transfer the salmon to a serving plate.
2. Top with fresh pineapple chunks and sprinkle with chopped cilantro .
3. Serve warm with extra glaze on the side.
