Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat grill or broiler.
Marinate shrimp in garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Skewer shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with a fresh salad or rice
