Homemade Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 杻
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves optional
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt 蓼
Instructions:
Prep the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the softened butter until light and fluffy about 2-3 minutes.
Add Pumpkin & Honey: Mix in the pumpkin puree and honey until well combined.
Spice It Up: Sprinkle in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves if using, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue whipping until smooth and fluffy.
Adjust for Taste: Taste the butter and adjust the sweetness or spices as needed.
Store & Serve: Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easy spreading.
