Mushroom Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until theyre tender.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
6. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
7. Top with shredded cheese, spreading it evenly across the surface.
8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
