Decadent Chocolate Caramel Ice Cream Cake

2 layers of chocolate cake
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
4 chocolate truffles for garnish
