Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
300g spaghetti or your choice of pasta
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
4. Combine:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add the drained spaghetti and mix until everything is well combined.
5. Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately for a comforting and flavorful meal!
