Pecan Caramel Cheesecake Recipe – Decadent Dessert Bliss

Ingredients:

– 3 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened

– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 325F 160C.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a crust.

3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

4. Gradually add sugar to the cream cheese while continuing to mix, ensuring everything is well combined.


5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.

7. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

8. Once chilled, prepare your pecan caramel topping by heating sugar and butter in a saucepan until bubbly. Stir in chopped pecans and remove from heat.

9. Drizzle the pecan caramel topping over the cheesecake before serving.
