Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping at the base. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm. Brush with more garlic butter during cooking for extra flavor.
5. Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
