Beef-Stuffed Crepes with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
8 crepes homemade or store-bought
500g ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
2. Fill each crepe with the cooked beef mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a plate.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until slightly thickened.
4. Pour the creamy sauce over the stuffed crepes.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy this savory delight!
