Chocolate Strawberry Layer Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
50g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder 籠
1/2 tsp baking soda 蓼
200g granulated sugar
2 large eggs 讀
150ml milk 拏
100ml vegetable oil 㮝
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g fresh strawberries, sliced
200ml whipped cream
100g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C 350F. Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. In a bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
4. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
5. Layer one cake with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Place the second layer on top and repeat.
6. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and garnish with whole strawberries.
7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
