For the Pork Chops:

4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick for the best juiciness! 數

Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

In a large pot, add the peeled and chopped potatoes and cover with cold water.


Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1520 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
