數 Ingredients:

– 500g pork belly or shoulder, thinly sliced

– 3 tbsp gochujang Korean chili paste

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp brown sugar

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 1/2 tsp black pepper


– 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

– 1 tbsp sesame seeds

– 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions:

1 In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Stir until the marinade is smooth.

2 Add the sliced pork to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for more flavor.

3 Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 7-10 minutes.

4 Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.

Serve with steamed rice and a side of kimchi for an authentic Korean experience!
