Beets on the Grill
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized beets, peeled and sliced into rounds2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp balsamic vinegar optional1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepperAluminum foil
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium heat.In a bowl, toss beet slices with olive oil, balsamic vinegar if using, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Place the seasoned beets on a large piece of foil and fold into a sealed packet.Grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender.Carefully open the foil and serve as a flavorful side dish or salad topping.
