Copycat Starbucks Bacon & Gruyere Egg Bites 燎肋
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325F 165C. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyère cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the crumbled bacon.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
