Hash Brown and Bacon Omelet Cups 肋凜
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together hash browns, bacon, cheddar cheese, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
Divide the hash brown mixture evenly between the muffin cups, pressing down to form a base.
Crack an egg into each muffin cup and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let cool for a minute before removing from the muffin tin.
Serve warm for a delicious breakfast or snack!
