1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Green onions, chopped for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
