Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt


1 3/4 cups 15 oz pumpkin puree

1/2 cup butter, softened for frosting

1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened for frosting

1 teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting

4 cups confectioners sugar for frosting

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 10×15-inch pan.
