Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa

cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

cup Parmesan cheese


1 egg

cup breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

cup pizza sauce for serving

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C.
