Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
cup pizza sauce for serving

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C.
In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
