Ingredients:
1 cups graham cracker crumbs
cup melted butter
cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon optional
3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 10 oz packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 large eggs
cup lemon juice
teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300F 150C. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the crust. Press into a springform pan and chill.
Blend strawberries and cornstarch to make a sauce. Heat in a saucepan until thickened.
For the filling, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla, adding eggs one at a time.
Pour half of the filling over the crust, swirl in strawberry sauce, and bake for 50 minutes. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving!
