Pumpkin Cheesecake Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp baking soda

tsp salt

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cups granulated sugar

cup pumpkin purée

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 oz cream cheese, softened


cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon for rolling

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine dry ingredients, set aside.

Cream butter and sugar, then mix in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.

Form dough, adding cream cheese filling.

Roll in cinnamon sugar and bake for 10-12 minutes.
