Cinnamon Baked Doughnuts

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 large egg

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp melted butter


For the Topping:

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

Combine and pipe into a doughnut pan.

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

Brush with butter, coat with cinnamon sugar.
