Hearty Meat Lovers Pizza Tortellini
Ingredients:
12 oz tortellini pasta
lb Italian ground sausage
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sliced pepperoni
24 oz pizza sauce
Directions:
Cook tortellini per package. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, sauté onions in olive oil, add beef and sausage. Cook until browned.
Add garlic, seasoning, and bacon.
Stir in pizza sauce and tortellini.
Top with cheese and pepperoni, cover, and steam to melt cheese.
