White Chocolate Party Mix
Ingredients:
4 cups rice Chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup candy-coated chocolates
1 cup dried cranberries optional
2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles optional
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, peanuts, candy-coated chocolates, and dried cranberries.
Melt white chocolate chips or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the snack mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Add holiday sprinkles for a festive touch optional.
Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool completely to harden.
Once cooled, break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
