Creamy Chicken Bundles
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works great!
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
2 cans crescent roll dough
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, grated Parmesan, parsley flakes, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Fill the Crescents:
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking the ends underneath to form a neat bundle.
Arrange the chicken bundles on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with Butter:
Brush the tops of the chicken bundles with the melted butter for added flavor and to promote browning.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
