One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup NO VELVEETA! 燎
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
In a large pot, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is fully browned. Drain any excess grease to keep things light and flavorful.
Add the Broth and Macaroni:
Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a boil. Stir in the elbow macaroni and simmer until its just tender, about 7-8 minutes.
Cheese It Up:
Reduce the heat, then slowly stir in the milk and cheddar cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts completely, giving the soup a rich, creamy texture.
Season and Serve:
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve it hot, and dont forgetyou can always top it with a bit of extra shredded cheddar or a sprinkle of parsley for a finishing touch.
