Panettone French Toast Casserole

Ingredients:

1 loaf panettone bread, cubed

6 large eggs

2 cups milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, melted

Powdered sugar, for garnish


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C.

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer with panettone cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Pour the mixture over the bread, pressing lightly to soak all pieces.

Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
