Ingredients:

Instructions:
Prepare the Pie Crust: Bake your pie crust according to package instructions or your recipe, then set it aside to cool.
Make the Chocolate Filling: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and milk. Add in the egg yolks and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a smooth, creamy filling. Once thickened, pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
Prepare the Meringue: In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
Bake the Meringue: Spread the meringue over the chocolate filling, ensuring it reaches the edges of the crust. Bake at 350F 175C for 10-15 minutes, until the meringue is golden brown.
