Lemon Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
14 tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
Chili flakes optional
1/3 cup white wine or vegetable stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
150g cooked linguine
Parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Heat butter and oil; cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
Sauté garlic, chili flakes.
Add wine, reduce; add cream, lemon zest, juice, seasoning.
Return shrimp, pasta; mix with pasta water.
Garnish with parsley.
