Spinach Dip
This version adds artichoke hearts to give it a heartier texture, plus mozzarella for extra cheesiness, making it a crowd favorite.
Ingredients:
250g spinach, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can 400g artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180C 350F.
Mix Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in the chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped artichoke hearts until everything is well mixed.
Transfer and Bake:
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden.
Serve:
Serve hot with fresh bread, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
