Caramel Apple Pie Fudge
This Caramel Apple Pie Fudge combines the flavors of caramel, apple pie spice, and creamy white chocolate for a unique and decadent treat thats perfect for fall or holiday gatherings!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup apple cider not apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups granulated sugar
11 oz bag white chocolate chips Ghirardelli recommended for best results
1/4 cup finely diced dried apple
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/2 cup dulce de leche for swirling on top
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
Cook the Mixture:
In a medium saucepan, combine apple cider, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and granulated sugar.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Continue stirring for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Add Chocolate and Flavorings:
Stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Add the dried apples, vanilla extract, and apple pie spice, mixing until evenly combined.
Pour and Swirl:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
Drizzle dulce de leche over the top and use a toothpick to create swirls for a decorative effect.
Chill:
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 12 hours or until fully set.
Cut and Serve:
Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Enjoy!
