Ingredients:
4-5 pavlova discs store-bought or homemade
1 cup white chocolate, melted
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Edible flowers, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Prepare the White Chocolate Ganache:
Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
