These Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Crunch Cones are a fun and delicious way to enjoy the classic flavors of strawberry shortcake and cheesecake, all in a handheld waffle cone!

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Crunch Topping:

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

For the Strawberries:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
