Heavenly Pineapple Cheeseball
Ingredients:
2 packages 16 oz total cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained very well
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
Assorted crackers, for serving
Directions:
Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the drained pineapple, green onions, and green pepper until well combined.
Season:
Add the seasoning salt and lemon pepper seasoning.
Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped pecans to incorporate texture and flavor.
Shape and Chill:
Place the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Gather the wrap around the mixture and gently shape it into a ball.
