Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal after setting.
Melt the Base: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and completely melted.
Add Lemon Flavor: Once the chocolate mixture is fully melted, stir in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and a few drops of yellow food coloring if youd like a more vibrant appearance. Mix until everything is well combined.

Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment or foil overhang. Cut into small squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired, for an extra touch of sweetness.
