Ingredients:

1 cup butter, room temperature

4 cups confectioners sugar

1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups sweetened shredded coconut

2 cups chopped pecans

20 maraschino cherries, drained, chopped, and blotted dry

1 lb chocolate almond bark

1 cup white candy melts or white almond bark

Instructions:

Mix the Candy Base:

In a large bowl, combine the butter, confectioners sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Incorporate Add-ins:

Fold in the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chopped maraschino cherries until evenly combined.


Shape the Candy:

Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

Chill:

Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Melt the Coatings:

In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the chocolate almond bark and white candy melts. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Dip the Candy:
