Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Sticks
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
12-15 pretzel rods
1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted, for drizzle
Instructions:
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar:
In a shallow dish, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly combined.
Coat the Pretzel Sticks:
Dip each pretzel rod into the melted butter, allowing any excess to drip off.
Roll the butter-coated pretzel rods in the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Set the Pretzels:
Place the coated pretzel sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set for 5-10 minutes.
Add the Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cinnamon sugar-coated pretzel sticks using a spoon or piping bag.
Let the Chocolate Harden:
Allow the pretzel sticks to sit at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the chocolate drizzle hardens.
