Sugar Cookie Fudge
Ingredients:
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup sugar cookie mix
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp green jimmies sprinkles plus extra for topping
2 tbsp red jimmies sprinkles plus extra for topping
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
Melt Chocolate Chips and Sweetened Condensed Milk:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Sugar Cookie Mix and Butter:
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix and melted butter. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
Add Sprinkles:
Gently fold in the green and red jimmies sprinkles, careful not to overmix so the colors dont bleed.
Pour and Top:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle extra green and red jimmies on top for a festive finish.
Chill and Set:
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
